Is it so hard to bundle BL2 goty or at least more DLC? Every time it's only first few DLC. Only have Mechromancer and Premier Club from my pre-order.

That would kind of defeat a major purpose of bundling games. If they included DLC for everything there's be nothing left for you to buy.

Pretty good bundle. Take my 10 bucks! I have the first Borderlands, and the Pre-sequel. Borderlands 2, Van Helsing, and long awaited Endless legend - sign me in! Guild of dangeonieering also looks interesting.

It should be ROW version. It has all languages except russian.

Borderlands 2 RU is Russian only but the RU package includes both the RU and the ROW appids so you actually get two games.
You can copy files from the ROW installation to the RU one to play it in English but it's not a complete translation and some elements will remain in Russian.

Hm, why not to play the ROW version if you want to play it in English? I get it as both ROW and RU versions come with the key from this bundle and you can launch any?

Since all owners of the RU version also have the ROW version I guess the primary reason is that it has a separate achievement list so you can earn all the achievements a second time.

Even with Humble Bundle saying that Borderlands key was locked on my country (Brazil) the key have activated on steam.

Tier 1 has full version of the games, which is great, so it's a no brainer insta-buy for me.
On the other hand, while tier 2 has some interesting games, they are missing the DLCs, so I'm a bit hesitant about buying it...

Already have all Bordelands and Van Helsing. But really want Endless Legend (unfortunately this version is without DLC :/ ). Thinking about bouying T2 or nothing :). BTW: can i increase payment in this one llike 0,01$ and then pay for the BTA?

Hmm...don't think it's worth it for me.
The only thing I'm interrested in, are the two Borderlands 2 Hunter packs. Have to check the historical lows for these DLCs first, even though I have the BTA at $4.36.

Two gift links from september monthly was already used. I asked new link for the first game and it was granted. But for my second ticked they answered this:
"Unfortunately, after taking a thorough review of your account, we are unable to find any evidence of suspicious activity that confirms your account was accessed without your knowledge. It has also become apparent you are an active key trader/reseller. ... At this time, we will not be able to reset your keys or assist with any future requests for key resets."
I cannot trust them now. What if I create GA for expensive game from monthly and will have this situation all over again? I even was forced to buy game on the grey market.

Sounds like somebody has access to your account or you gave the links out to other people? Maybe you save them in a place other people can access.
I once had such a case with Indie Royale, somebody else had access to my account and used all the keys I paid for....

Well, I asked them to check my account for suspicious activity and they found nothing. I created this to links right after bundle was revealed - maybe this was a reason? Too much requests and some one got the same links as I? Other links from this bundle was fine.
This paricular links I saved on SG when created giveaways for small GA group.

They probably checked wall on my steam profile. I have about 5 +rep for trading. They also can find my profile on SG or barter.vg. Maybe gifting here might some one considered as trading.

yes, the final cut is like a completely different game. However they always have a promotion that if you own 3 Van helsing game, you can get the final cut ( which is the combine of all 3 ) for free.

I can confirm that Borderlands 2 RU keys at the very least aren't actually region locked and can be activated without a VPN. You'll just need a VPN or so.eone in the region to purchase it for you.

You will be fine if you purchase this bundle in your region. (without using VPN).
But I'm not sure if you can gift it to other region, it depends on what key Humble Bundle gives you.
If the key given by Humble Bundle is "sub 138622" (https://steamdb.info/sub/138622/) you can gift it to everyone except people from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong etc.
But as for Russia, there is a "sub 138623" (https://steamdb.info/sub/138623/) which can only be activated in Russia and related countries. if Humble Bundle give this key to Russian purchasers, the key cannot be activated outside the region.
I assume Humble Bundle gives "sub 138622" base on reports from some people in Taiwan that they cannot activate these key after purchased this bundle via VPN. And no reports regarding other region issue so far.
But if you are unsure, It is safer to make region restricted giveaways.

Tempest adds water exploration.
Shifters changes how winter works(winter is a major thing in this game)
Shadows adds Espionage and stealth which changes the game up.

I'm in Germany and when I made a gift link for the DLC the pop-up showed them being restricted from being activated in RU/CIS.
