Can't re-sync

Anyone know why? Any way to fix it?

refresh the page a couple of times and Force Sync while appear.

I just had this problem, kind of. It said it couldn't sync with my profile though it had been public the entire time. It was the weekly sync too, so I wasn't able to go on any pages at all. I just kept clicking try again every few minutes and here I am.
