On Brazilian Xbox live the game is available, they changed Hard cops: Uprising to Darksiders 1 this time.
Change en-us/ja-jp to pt-br, is until the end of this month..

The old Marketplace store checks your region just a bit better. Prevents you from claiming games not in your region or for different regional prices. You need to be in the right region to claim them. The newer store doesn't seem to care about that, as long as the game is free, you can claim it.

If there is a current store page for either game, this trick probably won't work either. The two versions can have different prices in the same region, I use the Marketplace store for that reason. Still, worth checking.

On the bright side, that is a way to buy the removed Forza Horizon 2 even if it isn't free. :P

It works if you create a Algerian account i've managed to get it but don't bother like me if you don't have a Xbox 360 it doesn't work on newer Xbox. Apparently Xbox 360 version and Xbox One version is separate.

Yeah, they didn't make it backwards compatible since it had a One release as well. Shame there is no tricks to get that version digitally.
