Appreciate the giveaways. With regards to the idea you came up with i feel like shifting the odds is a bad idea overall. Steamgifts keeps it simple by giving every person that entered a giveaway the same odds to win and i like that a lot.
And there are ways to increase odds by limiting access to giveaways by levels or sgtools-filters or puzzles to limit access to people you feel deserve to win more than others.

I think that those with higher CV just tend to care less about winning games.

Hence, why they may have stopped visiting the Site.

I think that increasing the odds for the high CV individuals would not influence those users to visit the Site more.
