Gamersgate Gifting option

So I just bought a four pack on Gamersgate and plan to gift some away. However, right now I could only do that by the gifting option on the site. Also, there's this 24 hour thing

"This copy of the game is locked for gifting only. You can unlock it and use it for yourself 24 hours after it is purchased."

So, after 24 hour, I could see the serial keys of the other 3 gifts? This is the first time I use gamersgate so I am not very familiar with how they run stuffs (I had to wait 6 hours until they finished reviewing my order manually)
