I live in Turkey and i want to hear what you guys think about this and erdogan's government.I feel like i live in a north korea and i want to f..king leave this country where you suggest me to go.

I suggest you North Korea.

More seriously unless you marry in a given country you will probably not stay there longer than one or two years depending on the visa, unless you get a job that is willing to make a special visa to keep you around as long as you work for that company.

Far from it...

Hey... let's be reasonable ban on twitter and youtube sucks... but that's not end of the world. Or do you think that without those 2 websites you can't live? Well probably they will also ban facebook... so 3 websites.

Also look on the bright side... less internet -> means -> less idiots to deal with.

This sucks... but it's no reason to move away from your own country.

Yeah I know... death penalty for 500 members from brotherhood, fights, protests...

but hey right now in Portugal, Spain and Italy (not sure with last one) there are also massive protests. Spain over 1/4 people are unemployed. Italy and Greece are always on verge of huge economy turmoil. France massive protests... political issues, pro-homo VS against-homo, there were also matters about education if I remember right... What else... Switzerland doing everything to harass Islamic citizens. Well… what else…Germany don’t like immigrants… UK exactly the same. East Europe don’t like anyone… they don’t even like themselves I think…

Russia... well indoctrination, hybrid of Hitler and Stalin on throne, there aren't big protests... well because you can end up in prison or without teethes…. Also corruption and so on

South America… high unemployment, poor citizens, economical problems, protests yada yada

India – high rape rate, protests, corrupted police, low standard of living

South East Asia – protests, killings, low standard of living..

Blah... and Europe and America do not acknowledge existence of polygamy. That's stupid s**** if you ask me, you can be homosexual, bisexual… but if you want to live with more than one woman/man.. or man and woman… you have problem… big problem resulting with journey straight to prison.

There is no perfect environment. Some places are lil’ better than rest… but there are many places far worse than yours… North Korea is pretty much similar to hell… are you really sure that Turkey is on par with North Korea?

1 decade ago

imagine there is a road one way is going to perfect environment like you said, and other one is going to hell you meant North Korea. Turkey is going to North Korea. They didnt reached there but they are close to.

1 decade ago
Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

well censorship was their last movement it started with the idea of turning park into shopping mall. people stand against it. 10 people died there were also cops and 15 year old innocent kid. but government blaimed them as a terrorist.Didnt move back always pushed people got more angry made more protests and they are still pushing forward.so it is not olny the censorship. Italy seems nice by the way.

One way to look at it is too take a look at places that are worse, btw. It'll make you feel better. Examples:

"Well, at least we're not getting raped financially." (Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Greece, Spain.)
"Well, at least we're not freezing our asses off." (Russia.)
"Well, at least we're not getting haircuts we didn't ask for." (North Korea.)
"Well, at least the world doesn't hate our guts and wants to crash planes on our buildings." (U.S.A.)

... etc. See, don't you feel better already? ;-)

Greece might not be the best place to start a new life those days due to the economy and unemployment, italy is ok for the north but the south will hurt. And its not the easiest to get into. If Europe i'd rather aim for scandinavia if i'd come from outside, once you get a citizenship there you can work anywhere in EU. However Australia might be the easiest those days mixed with a good life.

That's right. Be a coward and run away from a country which belongs to you so that the uneducated masses who has brought the dictator to power can flourish even further. As Edmund Burke had once said "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."

you can come in Bulgaria, since the current government we are trying to take down from last summer are Turks which got to the government in a super retarded way, when some citizens (mostly elderly idiotic communists) got brainwashed and the gypsies paid, which resulted that the last ruling government didnt reach the 50% needed votes to rule independently and the others didn't want to lend a hand to fill up those 10% needed then the 2nd and 3rd political parties joined up (the Turks & commies(LOL)) and then last summer there were huge protests we were on the verge into turning this in a civil war like in Ukraine, but fortunately for the government winter came and protests stopped after over 100 days of protests, and probably soon protests will start again its just a matter of time,so don't worry The whole Eastern World is currently in political crisis...

Seems like a lot of the world is going through similar protests, its horrible that he is banning all the ways to communicate to the world, even with some ways around it, that's not a nice government to be living under. Hopefully things get better soon, and good luck if you decide to move somewhere.
