That's an interesting game to have as favorite. I've only heard a little about it, but seeing as it's a TRPG, i find it odd you didn't say FF Tactics or Disgaea. Anyways, long live the PS2!

Honestly hated Final Fantasy Tactics, and the Disgaea games are only okay, Nippon Ichi had better games with Soul Nomad and Makai Kingdom.

I didn't like FF Tactics either, and also thought disgaea was only ok. But Final Fantasy Tactics Advance for the GBA i thought was really good. Huh. I thought i was the only one who didn't like those games so much, maybe i'll give soul nomad a try.

I feel the same, but i do have like...a top 10 at least. Games that are far superior and more replayable than most others. I can't tell you what my favorite fighting game is, for example, but i know it's either MK Trilogy, MK Deception, or MK 9.

I hate these favourite types of things, but here perhaps I can give my answer, looking at what I play(ed) the most and over the largest time period, so I guess all of DOOM and DOOM II. Been playing them for 20 years and still I get insta-smile when I start them. Gameplay, graphics, music, weapons, monsters, levels... Everything is perfect and for me as for many players it can easily match up with any new shooter...and can easily knock out most of them. Whenever I got a new system, DOOM was a game that would deffinitely got ported, and I got it on each one.
We'll see if DOOM 4 can stand its ground against the originals.

easily final fantasy VII. there has never been a game with such amazing gameplay and story.

Burnout: Revenge.
It, along with Halo 3 were the first games I played and playing them are the best experiences I've had with my father.
Also the soundtrack is one of the best ever, although I'm sure that's mainly nostalgia talking.

I don't have a single 'favorite', just ones that I'm currently enjoying the most at the moment. And right now it happens to be Terraria. I'm loving the exploration, building, and boss battles right now. It's really good stuff.
San Andreas is fucking amazing! I've been playing a bit of it on my PS2, and have been having so much fun just goofing off.
