• Villagers = early descendants of... adam

• Enderman = angels, the enderman randomly teleport and placing random blocks that may have a divine placement. annd from the minecraft wiki "An Enderman is a humanoid, neutral mob that will attack any Player if provoked and any mob that attacks it." and an angel is a humanoid too.(not all angels were good and perfect)
• NO fish mobs (even though you can catch fish) = Plague of blood "The fish in the Nile will die"
• desert temple = boom! pyramids
• nether portal = obviously gate to hell
• The End = the last stage of hell in dantes inferno
• Ender Dragon = youve guessed it.... The Devil. "In Christian symbolism, the dragon has long been associated with the "serpent of old", the devil, also known as Satan."
