A way to keep free games in your library after you delete them is to right click on them while you have them installed, go to set categories, then check the "hide this game in my library", and finally click ok. Then you just have to select to show the games you've hidden from your library and they'll be there and you can just install them from there again if you want to play them again without having to find the store page first. =)

He is taking about binding the game to his account. If the game were to ever be pulled from the Steam store, he would no longer be able to install it again, because of how f2p licenses work.

I know what he's talking about but it's still nice to know things like that and in case someone doesn't. I figured it would be nice to share that information. Didn't know trying to be helpful is a crime. =) Plus, games being removed from the store doesn't immediately mean that they're removed from the database and with this method you'll still have access to games that usually get removed from your library if you delete them even after they've been removed from the store but remain in the database.

The game was bundled so you should be able to find a Steam key for it floating around. Activating one will also bind the game to your account and it will forever stay in your library.

Some time ago this game became free on GOG or direct download from developer website.
Now it is free on Steam too.
