You know, it's really quite impressive that a behemoth like steam only has such a short downtime on a weekly basis... but you think they'd do it, like, in the middle of the morning or day when people are at work/school or something based on their time zone (US Pacific, if I remember correctly) and not at 4:20... wait a second...
