may i ask, why you created the group? it sounds little bit like advertising ("follow me on twitter", "join my group"...) but on the other hand you only want people with a decent ratio and lvl 2+ (ok, with the trash bundles you get lvl 5 with almost no investment but still^^)

Hi, they are optional and you can still join giveaways without doing any of those. But in doing so, you're able to join more.

Because I'm trying to avoid leechers from the giveaway. Level 1 is easily attainable from just giving anything from a dollar bundle or something. Less entries means the members inside the group will have more chance of winning. I'd like to prioritize people who already gave their share on steamgifts in terms of chances.
[Edit] Also to clarify: Group-exclusive and Twitter-exclusive giveaways are separate. While they are both held by me, I have a different set of contributors on each so you see different set of giveaways.

yes of course im interested, all this looks promising, familiar yet with a little twist, the quality control thing is really neat fair and achievable, but i have one question before i post an application:
what do we need to do?
i mean, is there some group ratio we need to uphold, or obligatory monthly GAs, or something...?

Hi, no you don't need to do anything. Contribution is optional and NOT required. The guidelines was posted there for people who wish to do so. As for the ratio, it is only monitored when you apply (to check that you are not a leecher) after that you don't need to uphold anything. You can win dozens of games inside the group and not contribute anything and you still won't get kicked. :)
