Small question about Steam Trading Card Beta

Hey guys!
I have a small question about the beta invites. So I got my 3 invites instantly when I joined the Beta group. Bot 3 of my friends entered the group yesterday in the evening and still got no invites...
Do you know, how to get those invites?
And when I sent some other friends my keys, they can't acivitate it.
Do you know what's wrong there? :D

As far as I know Valve is giving out keys depending on who joined the group first, so the earlier you got in, the faster you would get an invite. Because of the amount of people who joined the other day your friends might have to wait a while to get a key. Not sure what the problem is with your friends not being able to activate an invite though, sorry.

I entered within 30 minutes of it opening at member ~14000 or so, no invite yet T_T. I think people up to 10,000 or so got invites yesterday
