I think I tried something called 'Entropay' once. Something something virtual credit card something. Don't remember if it actually worked, but I doubt something like that will work. You can always try though. :)

Otherwise might the service of N26 with an free prepaid credit card. you cant pay when the card is empty, unless you set a dispo..

I use N26, because it has a free option (u can upgrade your service if u want to) and its one of the least services of this kind availble in my county.
