Someone know how to make "Ubercharged" or "Enraged" TF2 Avatars?

My brother took some pics of himself for some homework, but in one of them he was joking and make a raging face just when I took the photo and when I saw it I told to him that it would make an awesome "Uber" pic, he agreed but looks that I don't have the necessary skills for it.

So can someone tell me how to do it? :)

I'm sure you can spawn the uber charged models in Gmod, screen shot them, then do some photoshop magic!
