Oh crap, when I bought the Quake bundle on Steam it didn't include Quake IV!
But I'm not buying this bundle just to get Quake IV.

EDIT: oh fuck, nevermind...I had pirated copy of Quake 2 and 3, never played 1 and 4...the price is ok....I'm buying it.
Also, I just won QUAKE II Mission Pack: The Reckoning but cannot activate it without Quake 2 (I was sure I could), so yeah...fate I suppose.

I wouldn't consider Quake IV bundled, despite what ITAD says. Those 'Get Loaded' offers that Get Games used to run were rarely any good and were basically just store sales where you picked X games for Y amount. Not really like what we would call a 'bundle'.

What's with the Egypt region lock? The moment Steam/devs recongnizes Egypt as a country its for region lock..

The game is legendary classics, and its very good.
But the price is too high for a bundle games.

I wonder. Since there is no region pricing, none of the games were bundled, and the price cut is barely 90%… will it end up on the bundle list with another poor excuse like the Bundle Stars Guardians of Middle-earth one did?

I never finished Quake 4, but I'm not wasting that much on it.

i would accept spending actual money only for quake iii arena, to remember the lulz. in the cents range.

ugh, I bought a Doom pack a while ago on GMG, the CoD pack with the price error (for South America) and still have a bunch of old/new FPS in my library... I think I will pass for now :P

While I do want this bundle to add the games to my steam collection, I will not buy it at this price point. I already own the games and given their age and such, the entire bundle at this point retail should be at a minimum of this cheap if not cheaper.

For maybe 3€ it would be an instabuy, but for 10... it's a lot... plus realized I'd be more intrested in a Doom bundle, so - skip.

Doom & Quake stuff on sale on Steam as well, I just bought both despite owning it on CDs. Tired of finding cds for the wads and pak files.

I have all of those so pass but if I didn't I'd definitely buy it as it's a good bundle.

Why do they still want SO much for the old game. It isn't like the online scene for them is still active anymore.

I would have jumped at $5, but $10 is too much. Especially since I already own them and mainly just want to add them to my steam library and Steam offers no REAL way to import games. Still waiting for a chance to import my GTA V.

Are these all separate keys? If so, I'll try to get the original Quake in a trade, that would be all I'd want. Would play for a few hours just for nostalgia sake.

I bought Quake 1 years ago. Same with Q2 - won't buy bundle for them. Bought Duke Nukem because of nostalgia and can't play too much because my eyes starts to bleed after few minutes of playing (outdated graphics are outdated - i remember them better in my memories and i will let them stay that way).
Q3 - no way. To play with bots or some Q3 maniacs who literally own the game? I'll pass.
Q4 - maybe i could buy it for one chapter in the middle of the game.. (huge spoiler about only one thing that was interesting in whole story so won't write anything about it). But for 10$? No way.

I gues i will play QL ocassionally.

It's not old. It's vintage. Once something becomes too old, it starts gaining in price again :p

P.S. I'm totally buying this, but why does it say Quake Bundle (Level 1) when added to cart? How do I get Level 2?!

It is worth mentioning that although it states that the keys can not be activated in germany, they can be activated in germany. Without a proxy or other means to fake a non-german IP. Just enter the keys in Steam and the games will activate.
Proof? I did it myself. After it was told by the fabulous german group ""for UNCUT".
