Hello,

I heard that people from Europe are buygin from usa steam store to save money, how can I do that, I can add a game in dollars, but when I try to pay ii I got and error and automatycally convert the game to € (add the europe game to the cart)

Via trade, that is the only safe way. Don't even think about using VPN, you can get your acc banned for that.
