im going to buy a new pc and its going to pack

intel core i5-3350P 3.1Ghz
8G ram
video card : AMD Redeon HD 7570 2G

and my qustion is does this pc can run today games on ultra and still be smooth without any lags?

It's better than my PC by quite a bit and, for reference, I can run Skyrim on Ultra at about 25 FPS.

You should be fine for most games.

Specs? The 7570 is a pretty low end card if I'm not mistaken. He shouldn't be able to run any games at more than high. Medium is more realistic.

I've got an ancient GT240 - quite low end - but virtually every game can run on at least high (With AA lowered or disabled).

The only game to ever give me too many issues above medium is Guild Wars 2.

To be honest, 25 FPS are WAY to low for me, if I don't get 40 FPS or more I'll be sad.

Yeah, 25 FPS is a bit bothersome to play at if you're aware of it, but it's really just a reference for him to gauge his expected experience.

if u want to play games on ultra settings do not buy HD 7570. you shuld buy 7850 or gtx 560

On ultra? nope.
but pretty decent for low~mid end settings, but it depends on your screen resulution.

Can it run today's games well? Sure. Will it be bleedingedge-liquidcooled-16core-quadSLI-costsmorethanyourcar? Not even close. Your GPU or graphics card is going to hold you back in terms of "shiny" performance.

new games on ultra? definetely not, the 7570 is a weak card
when it comes to games like far cry 3, hitman absolution, battlefield 3, skyrim ect you will need something like a 6870/7870 at least to start getting into ultra territory.

Sounds like you're buying a prebuilt from Dell or HP, etc. Might have to upgrade the power supply depending on how powerful a card you want. If you're going to replace parts, you might as well build the entire thing from scratch. You'll get a much better computer for the same price.

I'm not really up to date on the newest computer parts, I haven't bothered since I built my own. There are plenty of people willing to help though. Tom's Hardware is a great place to ask for advice.

don't get a prebuilt, massive waste of money, get it custom built, im not sure want country you are in so this might not apply to you but pcspecialist, cyberpower and aria do really good deals on custom builds
