1- Create a new Amazon account with a US address generated here: http://www.elfqrin.com/fakeid.php
2- When Amazon asks you for a credit card, you can generate one here: http://names.igopaygo.com/credit_card (and no, that won't be an actual credit card, you can't pay for stuff with it)

I believe all you have to do is go to your Address settings and make a US address your primary one. No need of VPN, proxy, fake CC and all those stuff. I am using my regular Amazon account.

I don't see the problem myself. Most people who play have bought all the ones they want already. This lets me complete the collection, and drums up some good will for 2K. Win win.

I'm also wondering if this has anything to do with load testing, with so many people hitting their system for codes.
