I'm not easily scared, so I guess... Amnesia, the new Amnesia coming up (Machine for Pigs), Penumbra series, and Outlast is looking like it's going to be good.
If you're not limited to PC (or can emulate) I'm told Fatal Frame is great.

Lone Survivor is very similar in tone to the Silent Hill games, more of an overwhelming horror instead of a lot of scares. You should probably dabble more in System Shock (2 I assume), that game is fantastic.

The only horror games I've played are the Silent Hill series, Cry of Fear, The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie (video game), and I've barely dabbled into System Shock. GIMME SOME SCARY GAMES! =D
