(Although it's amusing to think about where this could lead. Obviously someone with $4.99 CV should be able to enter $5 giveaways, because really, what's one cent? It's silly to get so stuck up on one cent! And once that's implemented, obviously someone with $4.98 CV should be able to enter all the giveaways that someone with $4.99 CV can, by the same logic, including $5 giveaways, and so on and so forth...)

Yes, something can be done. Give away more games, or stop moaning like a spoiled schoolkid. Even by just giving away a couple of bundle games, you can easily hit a nice round $30 :)
