I can finally use Steam again!

I'm sure everyone knew how annoying the trailers for games used to be because they were so loud. But finally, our wish has been granted! A volume bar!

Apparently since this is a brand new machine and I only installed DX10/11 etc and stuff like MSVCR, my current flash player is unable to play videos from steam. I can do youtube and stuff, but no steam videos. Plan to keep it that way.

Now we need the ability to turn leaves/joins/gamespam in chat channels off, and to manage Steam downloads (queueing, priorities, throttling, scheduling), as well as any bloody number of other tweaks.
