You should be able to click on "Manage Your Giveaways" and you'll see the giveaway highlighted green. There is a button on the right-hand side that says something like "Send Gift." Click on it and you'll see the winner's email address.

If you are purchasing the game in order to give it away, on Steam during the checkout there is an option to purchase as a gift. You can then choose to send it to the winner's email address. If it is a game you already have associated with your account, check out this post by GLaPOS:

It's way to early for me, I read it as, "how am i supposed to gift my wiener?"

Top of Steam App ---> "Games" ---> "Manage gifts and guest passes" ----> select your game you wish to gift ----> click send, and choose who to send it too*.

• Assuming you have added as a friend the person, making them come up in the list of people to gift to.

PS: This is just another way of doing things.
