I've double checked it against the code in my Alienware account and it's correct. My guess is that someone already claimed it. Codes are generally claimed in 5-10 minutes around here...

I didn't even have to install the game again through the Bethesda client, since the Steam version transfered the bonus stuff to my copy of the game, installed earlier today. You obviously have to link your Steam and Bethesda accounts for that to work, yet the Steam integration is worth it for that Overlay alone.

It mentions on Alienware Arena you need to do it on the Bethesda Launcher. So that's good to know it can be done on the site as well. Some codes you can't enter on the site and only on the launcher.
