It's weird, because in the official announcement it says:

Once you’ve downloaded it, Paris is yours to keep permanently. All of your progress and mission mastery will carry through to the full game when you choose to upgrade to the Game of the Year Edition we released last month.

Once you have downloaded it, and removed it again, you would have to go through the store page again to install it. He guesses that after the offer ends, you'll have to install the always-free intro to make steam download it, but you will still have the dlc for Paris.

If you feel you got screwed every time there's a price drop or something goes partially free, just don't buy anything. If you haven't played the game, you screwed yourself. If you have, then you got your money's worth.

You mean RU/CIS keys work in Serbia or the Serbian Steam store has cheaper prices for this?

Don't know what exactly they mean by "until January 5", but looks like you can still get it. Maybe it'll end in an hour and a half when January 5th reaches the West Coast, maybe it'll be active through Jan. 5th until the 6th.

It doesn't drop for me, maybe they fixed it? I originally added the holiday pack, but then I uninstalled it since I finished the missions and then I noticed it is now in my library with in uninstalled, but still no card drops are listed when going to the badges section.

I noticed this now today, I decided to uninstall it since already beat the episode 1 and figured to save space and deleted it and it left my library, but it was still listed in my licenses thing, so I figured if I would want to play it again I would just have to install it from the store and it should recognize that I own it.

I am glad now that it is displayed in my library so I an easily just install it from the library instead of remembering to do it from the store itself, no sure if I get cards since didn't test that.

This ended 6 hours ago.

You might have already had demo, so that's why it doesn't work on main.
