click on "Sent" and you should go to a new page .
from there you should get a new page with the winners , name , the state of the GA key , and the state of the GA.
if there is an eye icon next to "Link Modify Delete" then the winner viewed the key.

exactly. if he didnt see the key, means that the key is safe to give it to another winner, so just ask for re-roll. if that winner already see the key, there is a chance that the key is used, so ask the suport for feedback.

So, i just happened to check my giveaways and i saw one which was still waiting for feedback. That giveaway ended 2 months back and since then even i was away from steam and all. So i checked the profile of the winner and he was suspended, what should i do? re roll, or take the same key and make another giveaway?
