If you don't die right away, (this is after vomiting, loss of equilibrium, major stomach cramps, etc), then you stand a very good chance of damaging your liver beyond the organ's ability to repair itself, and that is a very painful and horrible way to die

i think the most painless and accessible way would be hanging. i mean who cant easily get a rope or something to use as a rope. neck snaps your dead right? or another even more free one would be leaping off a very tall building and doing a nose dive

You panic and struggle for breath because of excess carbon dioxide, not a shortage of oxygen, so working with nitrogen gas can be a little dangerous if you have a big leak - you don't notice that you're not breathing oxygen, and die. Bonus points for having liquid nitrogen as the cause. When it boils off it expands to 680 times its volume, so a small amount can easily fill a room and if there's no way for enough fresh air to get in... Here, read up.

You might have to figure out how the liquid nitrogen got there. It's quite hard to find lying around by accident, and it doesn't like being in sealed containers.

Pain pills could cause respiratory depression, basically you would stop breathing if you took enough of them. Quiet and painless way to go, just take a bunch so you actually do the job right.
