Availability in steam store and activation by key is two different things. Sure, it's possible that keys for some game will have the same region lock as game in steam itself, but that's exception, not a rule. Most games have at least one package_id for non-restricted keys, that can be redeemed anywhere in the world, and at the same time some games may be not available in some regions in steam store itself.

This game is not available (and never was) in my region (Ukraine). And yet I won it here, on steamgifts, and activated the key. You can check yourself - game is on my account. Are you still sure I can't activate it even if I have a key?

And how is that even connected to the topic? You are saying that one can't activate the game with a key if game is unavailable in their region on steam, and to prove it you mention game that has no steam keys at all? Well, no shit, Sherlock, you can't activate the key if there is no key.

Hello, there, good people.
My store region is CIS/RU, and there are games that don't have a price for this region, therefore, they're not available.
My question is, how do i use SteamDB to find what games have prices for EU region, but not for RU/CIS?
I know there are some filters you can use, but i am a noob at that.
