Do the extra copies from 4-pack still become ROW when the pack is unpack?

I remember during the x-mas sale last year I bought a 4-pack that's locked to my regional store but upon unpacking it the extra copies become ROW and were giftable to anyone. Is this still the same during summer sale now or it no longer works that way?

YES, IF THE PACK IS ROW.

That was a bug that was already taken care off (: Unfortunately ;_;
