Avencast giveaway problem

I wanted to create Avencast giveaway,but somehow I can't find in the list,anyone got the same problem?
And I see people are still making bunch of them,but i can't.

Because they managed to abuse the free promotion before the game got removed from giveaway list here.

Also "others are doing it" is not a valid argument to do something bad.

Why would you giveaway a game anyone can get for free anyway? If you're trying to get easy CV don't expect much help from the forums...
