Sadly, the only game on this list I can vote for is Hotline Miami, because I haven't played any of the others on this list. Not to say that Hotline isn't one of the most visceral games I've ever played! (I do have Awesomenauts, but I haven't played it since the free weekend :/)

Borderlands 2 was terrible and why is Spec Ops not getting more votes?

Somehow I don't think it's the storyline that's making Borderlands 2 as popular as it is.

Thought for sure I'd see Guild Wars 2 up there with how popular it seems compared to some of those titles. I like the polling system.

Of the games that I've played I choose Borderlands 2. Keep in mind I have not played some of the closer contenders.

Such a hard choice! But in the end, I had to go with Far Cry 3. I love that open sandbox gameplay!

Wish I could vote, but I actually haven't played any of these. Too stingy to buy the new releases.

Spec Ops: The Line!!

I voted The Walking Dead simply because it's revived a dead genre. Yes, you can say all you want about the other Tell Tale games and Deponia, but none have really made a significant commercial impact.
