Yep, complete waste of time. But I've seen it all so I'm hardly surprised. If people worked as hard finding a real way to earn money (i.e. like a job) then they wouldn't bother wasting their time with nonsense like this. Some of the laziest people ironically work the hardest trying not to work. And that's a significant part of why they are stuck where they are.

How to make money online while at home? Get a job at an IT company where you can do the work with a remote access. As for online ads and 'work from home" shticks? They are all false. Not 90% false, not 99% false, all false.
Or start an enterprise and be self-employed. Granted, you'll have to work 12-14 hours a day with little hope of weekend rest, but if you are lucky, you can get enough money to start an actual small company with employees and such.
If you are entertaining enough, you may try to be an online entertainer (YouTuber, Twitch streamer, online reviewer, and so on), but it needs creativity and a load of luck.

I spent more than 200 EUR for CS:GO keys and I only win 0,50EUR skins or even less after I opened the cases. I opened a lot of case once I won a redline AK47 what I could sell for 23EUR thats all! Actually, Operation Vanguard could give no return (loss) - cases were worth less that €1 in a first day and only going lower in next days (unlike previous operations, where it was at least €2 for first weeks) while 99% of weapons drops will be worth less than 10 cents.
If New Operation will use same system, most of people will only lose money.

The main thing that'd hold back your earnings is not qualifying for a survey, but eventually you learn the current trend of surveys and what you have to select to qualify and what options would make them not want to give you the survey.

That's the main reason I use opinion outpost, I qualify for the most naturally there because the questions they ask you in the beginning give them good insight on the surveys you're likely to qualify for. A lot of other websites don't have any mechanic like that.

Most people want to hire someone with work experience which I don't have. And I don't see how could I possible get work experience if nobody wants to hire me because of that in the first place.
When I call for jobs that don't require work experience such as waitering or working in a shop they tell me they only hire females.

Things are different in your country from mine. To get a license for security you have to pay at least 230$ for training first.
And most people that hire want you to have several years of experience in the job they're offering.

People's mindset in croatia is very primitive. When it comes to hiring people for cashiers, people that fill the shelves in stores, cleaning jobs pretty much everyone only takes females for those jobs. Every time I call for one of these they tell me they only hire women.
I tried looking for jobs in warehouses but they give jobs to those that have license to use forklift (yeah you need fucking license for everything in this country, it's retarded. If you want to work in the woods cutting down trees with chainsaw you need to pay for license and undergo training to use chainsaw.)
I'm getting sick of this shit really. As I said earlier I'm broke and I can't afford any training programs to get licenses for anything, I also don't have work experience so getting a job is pretty much impossible for me. Especially since there are currently around 300,000 unemployed people in this country and that's only those that are registered as unemployed, there are a LOT more that didn't bother registering. Lot of them have work experience and licenses and what not so I don't really have any chance getting a job.

I've never seen anyone looking for private teachers for their kids. I could advertise myself but even if I'd be able to find someone it would probably be in one of the major towns, and it wouldn't be worth traveling there for that. I'd probably get just enough money to cover for the traveling expenses.
I assume people aren't looking for private teachers for their kids because they have no money. According to what I've heard on the news there's an increasing amount of parents that don't even have enough money to afford food for their kids in school. It's a sad reality. Jobs here not only are hard to get but most are badly paid and it doesn't help that a lot of things here are expensive so people from middle class and below struggle with depths.

I think my only option is to learn to do something that can be done over internet. Friends suggested I learn programming or that I try finding work as copywriter on freelance websites.
I guess I'll have to take some time to do a proper research on how freelancing works and where can I learn things. I've heard there are websites where you can learn how to do almost anything for free.

You should try to find out a place in a call center, like a telephone company who has a client relations desk or something.
Other than that I'd recommend volunteering, but you saying that you've been looking for a job for 5 years means you've got at least 22-23... still, if you have nothing better to do, why not?
If that doesn't work neither, just try to build your own bussiness. Not a regular one, just something for a bit of cashflow, untill you get a job. Like buying something form aliexpress and selling it in your country.
Or rather than learning programming (which can be a bit hard to master, without any previous notions of it), try to learn something like working with photoshop or learning video montage (there are numerous sites like elance where people look for things like these, and they pay rather well, depending on your skill).

No, man, leave Neobux alone, it is a waste of time. Rented referrals most of the time won't do their job. If they don't, you don't get the money AND autopay won't renew the rent. I tryed it, years ago, ended up making 2$ in like 6 months, referrals kept expiring.
After years, Cashnhits is the only PTC site I trust, you can make over 0.10$ every day without referrals. Nothing impressive, but that's the best I found. I keep getting 10$ every 2 and a half months.

You can do way better than that, depending on the offers in your country ... try Clixsense. I make like $0.50 a day minimum, in other words I can cash out the minimum $8 every 1 to 2 weeks, without any referrals. The the trcik is to NOT just do ptc but also do offers or minitasks. Seriously, I only pick the easy stuff, like visiting a casino website in crowdflower, clicking youtube videos. It all adds up and I never spend more than 20 minutes a day on it.
