The DLC "Civilization VI - Australia Civilization ..." that I previously won is still not filtered from the giveaway lists.

  • DLC is activated on Steam and removed from my wishlist
  • Account is synced and resynced with Steam multiple times.
  • SG apparently knows that I previously won the game.
  • Option to filter out previously won games is enabled, and works for other games.
    See screenshots.

It is not SteamGifts, it is Steam. Their API only reports random DLCs as owned, so SteamGifts can only know about those.
Valve naturally knows about this for a decade or so, and they are working hard on creating new skins for CS:GO and hats for TF2 before they get around fixing it.
I'd like to point out though that SteamGifts has a feature of hiding any product that had a giveaway so you cannot see giveaways for them any more.

No. The option to filter out OWNED games is enabled. And there DLCs are not recognized, as talgaby explained.

Ok, then there needs to be an option to filter out WON games also. It's against the rules to re-enter won games anyway, if even possible.

SteamGifts seems to know very well that I already won this game, as seen on the second screenshot. If the above-mentioned option doesn't cover this, then there needs to be an option to hide WON games, as it's against ToS to enter those anyway.

Well... You CANNOT enter it, as you noticed ^^

Just click on the "hide" button. Guess you do not win that much DLCs, that it justifies the overhead for implementing stuff.

SG does an API check -> but for DLC/packs it doesn't work (as talgaby stated).
But when you win a game, SG also removes automatically all other entries for giveaways of the same game and changes the button to "Previously Won" (which of course is only shown, when the API doesn't return that you already own it).

Use the hide button (crossed out eye next to game name) like KlappPC suggested before.
