The req is bullshit and no reroll request will be granted :-D

To expand on the rude answer above: you can't set your own rules. You are not breaking any site rules by writing this stuff, but you'll still have to gift a game if a winner doesn't write anything - or get "not received" and lose one GA slot.

They can request a reroll if they want but the most likely outcome is that the request is gonna get denied, such requirements are not allowed.

Custom rules only are valid on private groups, and even then, there's no punishment for not complying with said rule, except maybe being eventually kicked from it.
