To expand on the rude answer above: you can't set your own rules. You are not breaking any site rules by writing this stuff, but you'll still have to gift a game if a winner doesn't write anything - or get "not received" and lose one GA slot.

Custom rules are not allowed on the whole website. Including inside groups. If you're part of the group when the giveaway ended, you have the same rights as someone winning a public giveaway.
Another matter is that group moderators can remove someone not following group rules after a giveaway is won. But it does not make their win invalid.

Hello, I'm a fairly new member of this community so I hope I'm not breaking any guidelines by posting this but I came across this giveaway: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/QxuuP/the-abyss. It says "Important Requirement:
If you do not comment only the word "Garshgill" or do not comment at all you will be rerolled if you win." I see there is only 1 comment, but is it allowed to put such a requirement on an unrestricted giveaway or like is a giveaway creator allowed to reroll a winner so many times? Thanks for any clarification and sorry if I'm doing this all wrong.
