If this thing was real, I would gladly play "nothing" for the rest of my life.
Of course if it ever actually becomes real, it will be an Epic exclusive or a toxic multiplayer with micro-transactions... but I would still pay for it.

I guess I should add <sarcasm> </sarcasm> tags to some of my posts.

On the other hand, it's not as if I was insulting anyone so I guess I'll save the sarcasm tags when someone can be offended.

Are you kidding? This would be an instabuy for me. Definitely hoping there's a "soup nazi" minigame where you have to order correctly or else you get kicked out of line.

OMG! I was just thinking the exact same thing! Give us a Soup Nazi minigame!
I wonder if they can do a Contest minigame or do you think it would not PG enough? :P

The Contest might have to be a DLC pack. :D

On the website, the creators actually talk about not wanting to rehash scenes from the show; they want to create new scenarios for the characters. But I would have to think they might make some exceptions! I personally would like a soup nazi minigame, and I'd also like the chance to pretend to be a marine biologist for a day!

Yeah it's going to be tricky enough with intellectual property so they would almost have to use new scenarios. Doesn't prevent them from easter egging the hell out of it. If they don't have one mention of Art Vanderlay, it's a sham!

I think it really depends on what you consider funny. Most people consider Seinfeld to be hilarious. Personally, I can only watch 2 comedy shows (apart from cartoons), Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm.

The Big Bang Theory, Community, etc are totally cringe imo and we like funny shows as well!

It's funny because I keep hearing the same thing about Brit comedy.
i don't know how many people I have to tell I love Black Adder and Monty Python because they think it's not funny at all and they think I'm weird for thinking it's hilarious.
I guess it's a cultural point of view. And I do like Seinfeld too. Maybe it's because I'm Canadian and I got a dual perspective lol

I did like scrubs many years ago but i don't think it holds up and probably should have been cancelled a couple seasons before it actually was

There's a bit of overlap, but British humour and American humor (aside from the spelling difference!) are certainly different.

Generally I'd like to think that I have a good sense of humor, but when I watch Keeping Up Appearances and As Time Goes By and Vicar of Dibley I do not find myself laughing much.

At the same time, I still laugh at Seinfeld episodes even if I've seen them 25 times.

Same. I now them by heart and I still laugh. And the best thing is going back home to see my Mom, watching a rerun on tv and the next day you're in the subway and every time someone sneezes, someone says "you're sooooo good looking" and you realize that you're not the only one watching it over and over.

This being said, I also love Monty Python and Ab Fab is one of my top 5 favorite comedies ever so I guess it's a matter of personal taste, not nationality.

I mean you're not supposed to. They're gentle comedy made to be shown at 3pm for the grannies just before the gameshows and all very much riff on parochial cliches.

Defending British comedy is weird because honestly the most hilarious thing about it is Americans treating it as some sort of homogeneous genre, quite where the through line between Last of the Summer Wine and Nighty Night goes is beyond me. But I would say if those are your main exposure to our comedy scene we can do better. Honest.

Guys, help. I'm stuck on the Chinese Restaurant level and an NPC keeps hogging the public phone. Playing as George. Any advice?

It's tricky actually. You need to use Ellen trying to score an egg roll from the old people's table as a distraction and grab the phone while NPC is distracted.
Stop Jerry from talking to the manager, wait for the NPC to stop talking, get Jerry to dare Ellen and there you go. The timing must be right.

Alright! That did the trick. I was trying to do the QTE "We live in a society!" move, but it didn't do anything to the NPC.
Great. Thanks for the help. Now off to grind a few levels before facing Crazy Joe Davola. Last time he put a dent in the Motorcycle Helmet I had equipped.

Look, we all know the secret is Kramer having a chat with the Soup Guy. It reveals the secrets on how to unlock each achievement! (I know what the actual title is for the Soup Guy, but I feel like the word might get me banned from the forums.)

Ah damn, I didn't get to that line because George created massive traffic while parking cars way too early and Woody canceled the shoot before Kramer was hired!
