Anyone else having GMG trouble?

I'm trying to purchase Ryder white DLC, but it keeps giving me the declined notice. i know i have the money, they just won't work.

So i try paypal. seems to work, until it gets to the point where the paypal screen should come up. and BOOM. declined again. without even putting in my details?

Anyone else?

I've been trying to make a purchase from them for almost 2 weeks now. Support has been trying to help (and failing horribly).
Every time they say it's fixed I try and it still does not work. They have "fixed" it seven times now.
