Try SteamDB.
Look up the game you want information for; let's say Audiosurf 2 and take the catalogue number from the URL (235800 in this case) and paste that into the search box @ SteamDB, et voila.

Obviously the Steam catalogue number would be the same, it's the same (multi-lingual) software.
'Additonal Information' has all the languages that item comes with. Call of Duty: Black Ops is in "english, german, french, italian, spanish, russian, japanese, polish" e.g. but keep in mind that dubbing generally is in English only unless otherwise specified.

Hello guys!
I've been lusting after Black Ops for a while, and noticed that polish keys are dirt cheap (4€ give or take). Good, no region lock, no activation restriction, etc... but languages? I heard it included english and polish, then only polish, then again all languages.
So, is there a way to check via SteamDB what languages are included in a particular sub?
