Fun fact: Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris was "free" for ru region when it was in pre purchase, thanks to freebies - you could have bought game, it was really cheap comparing to eu region, get tf2 items, sell them and pay off the game and even make some small profit (+cards, ofc).

Yeah the dlcs don't add much tho. They are mostly cosmetics and for mp. I bought them but didn't use them much.

You're not missing out not having the GOTY. The only DLC that isn't cosmetic or for the dead multiplayer is a tomb that frequently goes on sale for 50 cents, like right now:
