Anyone else having this problem?

Bought several bundles from them.. under same account.. but i log into my account recently, go under my profile and says i have 0 bundles 0 game etc.. I logged into my account awhile back and they all showed up.. even able to make extra payments towards bundles i previously bought(which i did!).. but for some reason they all disappeared now.. Anyone else have this issue? if so what was the work around? ..Yes i contacted groupess.. waiting to hear back..

Synopsis: Spend money,Buy games, give games,Groupees history purchases disappear.

Are you using the same login method as before? If you logged in via e-mail, are you still logging in via e-mail?

I have been trying to figure out this issue for the past few hours to no avail.. it may be a minor detail i am overlooking or just plain errors from Groupees.. No clue at this point. Thank you for your feedback.. i will listen to any advice or opinions.

Dude, that's totally a scam they're running. I'm sure of it. Fucking scammers. Scamming scams and making scams to scam you out of your scams. Scam this, scam that, scam you, scam me, scam everybody. Scam scam scam scam scam. Lovely scam, wonderful scam. Lovely scam, wonderful scam. Bloody Vikings! You can't have egg bacon scam and sausage without the scam. Sshh, dear, don't cause a fuss. I'll have your scam. I love it. I'm having scam scam scam scam scam scam scam beaked beans scam scam scam and scam!

Or maybe there's just something wrong with their site or your browser.
I'm glad you've contacted their support. Are you able to try logging in on another computer, or another browser (preferably in incognito/private mode to avoid any cache issues)?

Love your post.. I like you assume i think everything is a scam..wait.. are YOU scamming me bro?...lol
now that you have exhausted your keyboard keys for s-c-a-m. (I hope the letters haven't faded). Can you take a post seriously or do you just want to try to flame?..

Now, to answer your questions seriously..I have used 3 dif browsers.. Firefox,Chrome,IE...Yes i have used a dif computer (my laptop).. to no avail again.. Although i haven't tried "incognito mode" i admit.

But i shall now.

Thank you for your feedback even though it was pessimistic.

"Can you take a post seriously" not when it's accusing Groupees of being scammers in the thread title. :)
I need some laughs every now and then, and you were light on the debugging info for things you'd already ruled out other than "scam". :)

I'm glad i made you chuckle.. yes everyone needs a good laugh here and their.. I was light on the debugging info? hell i gave several points...When push comes to shove.. They have my payments.. But i don't have their bundles? SO when i pay for something and don't receive the full value that's not considered a scam?

No, it's a technical support issue. If your cable goes out but you've paid your bills, does that mean the cable company is scamming you?

"Scam" implies your money was stolen from you deliberately. Since Groupees is a legit site, this is 99.9% chance to simply be a technical/account side issue that they need to fix.

It's generally considered poor form to slander with accusations of theft.

No reply this time? Hell, i was looking for a rebuttal from you.. You disappointed me. Are you one of those people who disagree then they get proven wrong and disappear? Or are you one of those people who gets proven wrong yet still push their point? I think its the latter.

Looks like it is indeed the latter.

Take care.

I had the same a few days ago, but I tried with a different browser and it worked as expected. Now everything is back to normal. At the same time somewhere on the site they said maintenance was being performed, so... maybe that was it.

When using Internet Explorer to access my profile page of Groupees and see their bundles their site just glitched out on me before so I couldn't get to my bundle list and had to install Firefox to do so, maybe this is a same kind of problem

I just tried it out as I was talking about something from at least a month ago but I still have the same problem; I see my profile page for a split second (with the bundles there) and then it just redirects my to their main page

You probably created another account by accident. Ask support to merge them.

You can merge all your bundles into one account. Simply log into your account and then open the links you had received from your earlier purchases (they were sent to your e-mail). If you do so, the option to merge your bundles will show up automatically.

Such things happen from time to time, unfortunately. Sometimes it's groupees fault, sometimes it's the buyer's fault(mistyping emails, accidentally creating multiple accounts etc.). In any case, support@groupees.com will help you.

I created 2 accounts by mistake in the past, one with my Facebook profile and one with my email. Logging in with the wrong method showed an empty account. I emailed their support and they quickly fixed this by merging my profiles.

If you only have one profile, then your best bet is with their support. From my own experience, they are quite helpful.
