Not quite. Gifting only bundle games will cap you at $30.
$25 + 20% = $30
To go higher than $30 you need to gift non-bundled games.

Also (since I see that you're new to the site), before you create your next topic, just remember: Mafia 2 is a "bundle" game now, so your contributor value will NOT go to 90$ - until, of course, you contribute non-bundle games as well.
