So i created a giveaway. i had just revealed the key during the giveaway so it shouldnt have been used or anything. the winner then left a comment on the Giveaway saying the key was used. i then proceeded to checking the key as it said it was used by someone else as the winner said. as i was in the process of getting another key. the winner got a 4-5 day suspension. is there anyway to check how he/she was suspended? i may think that this person tried trading the key or something as the key is now used. any thoughts as to what i should do now?

Best to contact support and delete this, it's likely considered calling someone out, which you can get suspended for

Yeah, I understand it's confusing. At least removing the links is probably safe at least. Never had such a thing happen personally.

well, people will say remove the links because it's calling out but based on the fact they have 6 unactivated games that should be a clue why they were suspended.

probably check your winners for unactivated games or multiple wins from now on before sending them a key.
you can use these tools just to make it easier (no person has time to manually check)
http://www.sgtools.info/activation
http://www.sgtools.info/multiple-wins

both are grounds for a re-roll usually, so just submit a ticket to see if the winner can be re-rolled unless they served the suspension.

Staff does not reveal suspension reasons. Listing links to user profiles (or even just naming the user) is calling out, and can get you suspended. You can put in a 'Request Received Feedback' ticket if you're sure the key was unused and want to get it marked as received. Alternatively, you can always reroll on suspended users, so you have the option to put in a Request New Winner ticket if you can't get the Feedback ticket to go through.
