Help with vanilla mastercards

I'm trying to use this vanilla mastercard I got on steam to add to my wallet. I've used these before but now when I enter my postal code on the site as you're supposed to, I get 'Invalid Zip code' message. I've tried using some address from florida, but all I get is this message on steam - There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance.

Any help?

It's probably the severs acting up.

But do you live Florida?

I do not. It was to see if it would work using another address. I live in canada, where our 'zip' codes are slightly different, X#X #X#

Do you think you can change the location of your Mastercard? I know with Prepaid credit/debit cards you need to setup your location before you can use it.

While trying this, I saw my error, when I first go to vanillamastercard.com, I have to pick a country and language, I thought all I was doing was picking a language, so I clicked US, so thanks for helping me realize my stupidity. :)
