NON-contributor Giveaways

Hi everybody i was wondering if we could have giveaways for people who NEVER contribute, to have there own giveaways. This means anyone contribting .01 or more dollars would be excluded from the giveaway. I think this ides would be fair since there are already contributor only giveaways.

Also what if the contributors want to allow only non-contributors to enter, there's no option to do so and if the contributor bought the gift he or she should be free to do what they please with there gift.

Sounds stupid... A giveaway option where the entries can only have X wins however. That'd be nice.

Since this is a public giveaway, you cannot have any special requirements. If you had it on private, you could have made that requirement.

If you read the person's other comments on that giveaway it's clear that they would just prefer people who have contributed to not enter but know that they can't make it a requirement, as in the person knows they can't ask for a reroll if someone who has contributed wins.

Why...? Excluding the very people who keep this community going is kinda dumb. I've heard of "never been winners only" giveaway ideas but this seems... illogical.
