Well, the second thought goes to spending an extra dollar only for one chapter, as I own The Dream Machine chapters 1-4 already. The rest of the bundle is a no-brainer. Got so excited when I saw it :)

$1 for Tengami alone is more than worth it. I bought that game alone for $3.84 yesterday on GMG thinking I was getting an incredible deal.

The game looks beautiful but I'm worried that it is just "eye candy", is the story any good? what about the puzzles? or is it just an interactive story?

You know, it is actually mainly eye candy if that's a concern for you. The puzzles are quite easy and the story isn't massively deep. The visuals and the atmosphere are probably it's main draw and it it was so pretty and quaint that I thought it was well worth the $6 or so that I paid for it.
Different kind of gameplay but had a lot of the same merits of Never Alone which I also thought worth it in the end. They're both gorgeous, both fairly easy, both fairly short and both seemed kind of exotic to me as I'm not in either culture.

For 3 bucks those games are super worth it, 7 grand steps is a real fun weird little board gamey style game involving spending coins you get every turn to raise a family over generations, the other games have a little hype round them.

All of the past bundled The Dream Machine games have just been the individual chapters, which is why I had 1&2 and 3. So, you'll have to buy Chapter 5 or wait for it to get bundled.
