It is clear to me that this can not be understood not even by cg for it is not of the world of mortals.
I believe it is a deity known by the name of The User. HE is the one who actually created SG and he is the one who actually selects all the winners(so much with the random drawings guys)based on who knows what.

Cyberpunk, rogue AI theme. I would say hacking mini game but that has been overdone. If a budget, platform or a small jrpg (thinking rpg maker). You could also play as the rogue AI and try to trick 'real' users that you are an actual person. Just a few thoughts but nothing solid.

Neon blue and black, abstract, maybe a retro style.
An organized society where everybody gets a name and a profile, but "The User" don't. He/she is a bug in the system.
Exploration based gameplay with some minigames as battles.
Short length. Nothing too fancy or complicated.

We are a bunch of users, and I'm sure than many own rpg maker after that bundle.
If we get organized, we could at least make a prototype.

And how, pray tell, do you know that? :-P Sure, this MIGHT have what happened, but from all evidence I see, there is no character there, not just a non-printable one or something like this.
I know it might seem nit-picky to point this out here, but recently I've seen an increasing amount of people going "This is what happened" when they meant "this is what I imagine happened"... So I just felt like mentioning it, more in general then directed at you...
On a side-note while I'm being nit-picky: There are very few cases where it's correct to put a space before punctuation. ;-)

hey I have a question. don't want to make new thread.
if the SG deleted it's users who haven't logged in for a year or more(eg. last login 1 year ago...last login 2 years ago) ..how much server load can be reduced ?( i have no idea how any of it works.)
is the outcome of that worth the effort to do that?

Look at the first user from Users link. No name. No profile page. A mere avatar, that's all. I'm not sure but I think this might be some kind of a bug.
Update: He/she/it has 2 new friends now.
