This is a list of STM links for automatic 1:1 card trades to quickly trade your cards and complete badges.

Please post any useful STM link below if they auto-accept 1:1 trades. I will add them to this master list. Thanks!

Let me know if any of the links are no longer correct or if they should be in other categories.

Background

With the help of Archi's Steam Farm (ASF) I've set up my account to automatically accept 1:1 Steam card trades. These trades are very easy to setup with the help of SteamTrade Matcher (STM).

This way you can very quickly find missing cards and complete your badges. Note that you will need to import your Steam Authenticator details to use ASF for auto trades, see the ASF Wiki for more details.

ASF bots

ASF now has a Public STM Listing. This lists all users that have the auto accepting trades enabled. It receives a heartbeat every ten minutes so it will accurately show which bots are ready to receive trades. More info can be found here.

Does manually accepting any 1:1 from any game's cards to any game's cards count? I haven't automated it because I don't want Valve game cards and I also accept boosters for 3 of my any cards, so I need to check the trade offers myself…

only if card is from same game, as in 2 cards from game A and one from game B have to be exchanged for 2 cards of A and one of B, and not like 1 card of A and 2 cards of B

Not for me (Well, my alt account, more precisely.). I accept 1 card from game A + 1 card from game B for 1 card from game C + 1 from game D. :)

This list is only for auto trading; there are already lists for 'regular' trading and you can use the Scan function of STM for that. Do add yourself to STM if you want to do a lot of trading; it helps a lot.

Oh, I am there, but STM tries to make matches within the same set; I don't care about that on my alt.

Isn't Card Exchange a bot of SCE site? Wont it add the site rules on top of basic 1:1 exchanges?
It probably will.

If you do a 1:1 trade with it shouldn't require anything from you. All cards from the same game are worth the same.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Unless the card you want is the last in its stock, in which case it costs 1.5x more. I presume that's the reason why STM doesn't flag it as a trade bot.

Ah, totally forgot about that... The default is not to trade the last one, as far as I remember but I'll take it out of the list and give it its own place.

This bot seems offline but actually it's a fast bot (maybe it's running ASF's offline mode)

Yeah, I had this one bookmarked but it didn't seem to work recently. I'll add it to the list, if people report it's not working I'll remove it again.

Edit: sent it a trade but it hasn't accepted it yet; moving it to the slow bots.

I suggest removing, or at least adding remarks to bots that do not have mobile authentication.

For instance, this bot in your list will incur a 15-days trade hold.

That one works just fine for me, no trade hold or anything.

I get the trade hold too, likewise on steamtradematch it has the ! warning about the 15day hold.

EDIT: 99% sure it's had Trade Hold ever since escrow got implimented last year, as a comment from 1st January about it still have Trade Hold...

Escrow info will pop up only if you request an item from the user without mobile authenticator. Try adding an item from bot's EQ.

That bot was rejecting me too, on a card he had over 30 of. Finally found a normal user to complete that set.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I think it would be better separate Trade bots from personal accounts which using ASF for trading.
Because Trade bot will accept any same set 1:1(including bad one like B C -> A A), but for personal account, only duplicate ones are acceptable. Which means Trade bot will likely return more results than the normal one.
i.e. ArchiBot is Trade bot but archi is not.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

That's a good point.

I'd need to be able to find out what the ASF accounts are opposed to the 'true' bots.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

True bots don't use ASF, as ASF is made for users only, and will fetch it's own EQ before accepting the trade. You should probably categorize accounts by two factors: Neutrality and Time.

Time can be anything from instant, fast to slow, while neutrality can be only required or not required. Required neutrality is for instance with ASF, as it accepts only Neutral+ trades, while not required neutrality is mostly for trade bots (e.g. ArchiBoT), as they accept everything what is fair, regardless of badge completion progress or number of same cards.

According to that, ArchiBoT is instant with neutrality not required, while my account is instant with neutrality required.

Another factor could be Availability, from 24/7 to ~X hours per day. Availability of both me and ArchiBoT is 24/7.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

How about I put them all in a table and add columns for speed and neutrality? I think there should be a better word for neutrality so that everyone will understand at a glance what is meant.

This way it will also be easy to change entries from quick to slow as reports come in from users.

I think it's better not to include anything that is not available 24/7, it just makes things more complicated.

It's a shame there's not script loaded that will let you sort tables via the headers.

You can add my alt account to the list, it's running ASF 24/7 with 2FA enabled. No trade-holds though.

+0,1 seconds -> slow
jokes aside, menels is really slow to me :( sometimes 5 or more minutes

Permalink

Another problem is that it changes a lot. In the past Swappy and Loop used to be really fast now both take days...

I changed the listing in the original post but I'm pretty sure a number of ASF ones aren't really ASF but how to find out?

back then there was nothing I could do to improve it further (decreasing the refresh time from 2 min window would make steam block me out)

Using poll mechanism is the single worst thing you can not only to yourself, but Steam as well. I'm not quite sure why people still decide to stick with this awful way, if they can use much better things out of the box. It's not like ASF code is super complicated or hard to re-use...

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

The thing is that I adapted zero's script (that was meant for personal use as quick way to accept offers... not to transform it on a proper bot).
I have close to no knowledge on programming... I can break other's code and adapt a bit to do what i want... but to do it porperly t is out of my scope haha

Note that you will need to import your Steam Authenticator details to use ASF for auto trades

Thats the part that turns me away ...

Already lost 1 steam account few years ago ... cant risk another one :/

There obviously is no other way for it to accept trades automatically. It's far from great but that's the hoops Valve makes us jump through.

Permalink

I know there is no other way m8 .
But if you lost a 5 y old account with close to 500 games ( mostly stuff you actually bough trough steam since bundless warent really that much of a thing back in the day ) you would be kinda suspicious of everything :)

Hey Duke

my alt account -> http://steamcommunity.com/id/birdman01

The bot is acually pretty fast under certain cicrumstances.

It runs 24/7 on a dedicated machine.
Once a day it gets a new IP Adress, that takes 3 - 5 minustes the its back.
A Systemd scipt restarts the bot on failures.

The only limitation is the bandwith and of course steam iteself.

Some trades get accepted in seconds and some other take up to 2 minutes depending on the size of the trade.

If there is no trade in the pipe it handles the trade in 10 - 20 seconds

anyways

thanks for the list

you can remove me now, ASF auto accepted a trade with someone that had a trade hold, I cancelled the trade cause I didn't want my cards locked for days, so steam without warning gives me a 7 day trade BAN for cancelling a trade, Absolute fucking bullshit.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

That really sucks. I really don't see why people without a trade hold should suffer when cancelling a held deal.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Yeah I'm also not sure why ASF accepted a trade with a hold. :(

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Cause that's how Archi programmed it. If I remember correctly it won't accept trade holds when trading sale cards but it will with regular cards.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Are you using the latest version? Archi changed ASF to not auto accept trader with hold just before the sales to prevent locked Summer cards.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

yeah latest version. well this was a valuable lesson I just REALLY wish I didn't learn it during the summer sale sigh

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

You decided to cancel all ongoing trade holds, not ASF. ASF STM is working on liberal rules and unless user is asking for summer/winter sale card, ASF will accept such trade. It's well explained on the wiki.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

yeah I was just unaware that cancelling one trade would trade ban me for 7 days. Steams rules are a little annoying imo.

Not ASF's fault.

Would you mind telling me your trade link? There's a neutral trade possibility that would help me finish a set I've been trying to finish for some time. The kind of match ASF accepts but STM does not find. Thanks!
