Some games will work cross platform, just not most. Gears of War games I got through Gold for example work on PC as well.

You can't play Diablo 3 pirated on PC. Closest thing is Diablo 3 Reflection, but is an implementation of an early version of the game, on a private server, so no reaper of souls and same problems as the original (always online, no couch coop, etc)
