How exactly Humblebundle works?

A dollar gets me the first few games right?

"Pay more than the average of $8.94 to unlock!" means if I pay 8.95, i get all the 2nd tier games?

"Pay $14.99 or more to unlock!" means if I pay 14.99, I get all of the 3rd tier games?

So if I pay $15, Do I get the 3rd tier titles ONLY or do I get all the games from the 3 tiers?

One more, when should I be looking out for new deals?

Is the weekly changed every monday and at what time?
Is the flash sale totally random? Are there any more deals to look out for aside from the weekly and flash deals?
Sorry for all the questions.. Just discovered HB so I want to learn more about it from experienced people.

It depends on the bundle, each has their own day they change.

There are also other sites to watch.

So weekly bundles aren't changed weekly on the dot like in steam?
Flash bundles are randomly put up?

Flash Bundles are usually up every Monday for 24 hours.
