Not really, I'm afraid. You can buy the trilogy in this bundle for less and get a bunch of decent games extra.

tropico 4 steam edition is 85% @ $1.70 and tropico 4 bundle is 90% @ $2.20 in my region. Glad i didn't buy during Last tropico title sale that was @ 75%. I'm so gonna pickup the bundle right now
