As for your problem, no clue, I'm sorry to say. Try restarting Steam and see if anything else pops up in your inventory. If that fails, have it changed by purchasing something cheap, that sometimes works.

please do share the bugs you encountered anywhere in sg's Bugs / Suggestions category. because sg is obviously universal help center.
anyway, maybe it was "Outland 2-pack Gift" (which means extra copy from the 2-pack.), not "Outland 2-pack". can you remember it? if not, check Account details.
