should be allowed i would think..as long as it's in your libary and u have a giftable copy (proof u used the game).

But people won't check your steam account. They only see that you've won the game and now you're giving it away.

Regifting is when you win a game and give it away. If you've activated it, then buy a new copy to give away, then it's fine.

Also, I've given a game away, then a couple days later I won another copy before. :o

Obviously is allowed =S, by the rules you have to activate the won gift on your account if you did it no problems, so you can giveaway the same game if you bought it.

Yes it is allowed, people will insult you in the comments and report you, but ignore them, moderators will look at your games before suspending you :P
